Pallamallawa trial farm field day

FROM fungi to flies – everything will be covered at the PURE trial farm field day, a unique event highlighting the latest advancements in sustainable agriculture.

The September 11 field day, with presentations at the Pally Pub as well as in-field demonstrations, will be hosted by Stuart and Lyndall Tighe, of Boolah Farms.

The field day includes a trade show at the Pally Pub from 8am, followed by an in-the-field tour of a trial farm and grain site from 10am.

Farmers, industry representatives, agricultural companies, and agronomists and consultants, will meet and hear from key industry representatives and trial partners.

The event offers a rare opportunity to witness large-scale trials and cutting-edge innovations.

The day aims to educate and inspire participants through a series of presentations, demonstrations, and field tours.

A spokesperson for PURE said attendees will discover innovative products and technologies designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote sustainable agriculture.

“The event will feature expert speakers who will provide insights into practical solutions for today’s farming challenges, making it an essential gathering for anyone committed to advancing sustainable practices,” the spokesperson said.
